Smt. Shatabdi Pande ji is currently Chair person Chhattisgarh Multipurpose Co-operative Society. She has been working in the cooperative Sector since 1993. She is founding member of the first Mahila Bank of Raipur, Chattisgarh. 

She was Chairman for Women's Commission and Child Protection Commission. Member of Chattisgarh Reserve Bank Internal Committee. And member of National Law University Internal Committee.
