The Training Committee plays a central role in building knowledge, skills, and practical capacity within the cow-based ecosystem. As GCCI works toward organizing and strengthening this sector, structured training becomes essential to ensure that entrepreneurs, farmers, gaushala managers, and stakeholders are equipped with the right understanding and operational expertise. The committee designs and coordinates skill development programs, technical workshops, entrepreneurship training modules, and awareness sessions across various domains such as natural farming, Panchgavya products, bio-energy applications, dairy management, and value-added processing. The objective is to provide participants with practical, implementation-oriented learning rather than theoretical knowledge alone.
